WINDOW CONTROL (WinCon)

Type: Application

Allows image display control  in VrOne graphics windows.

Detailed Description

Window control provides a way to control which images are displayed in each VrOne graphics window, and to change the display order of the images. VrOne allows multiple windows to be open at once using the OPEN WINDOW (OpeWin) command. Each window displays vectors and images, and tracks the cursor. When ran, the WINDOW CONTROL application displays a list of all currently open images, along with a check box beside each image.

By turning the check boxes off and on, you can control whether the image is displayed in any given window. The top of the WINDOW CONTROL dialog contains a drop down box that determines which window the check boxes control (Either All, or 1-8).

The images listed in the WINDOW CONTROL dialog are shown in same order as VrOne graphically displays them. By holding down the CTRL key and dragging a row number, it is possible to change the order of the images in the dialog box. This will in turn change the display order in VrOne. NOTE: Changing image display order can also be accomplished using the EDIT IMAGES (EdiIma) command.

Window

This determines which window the changes will apply to when turning the image display check boxes off and on. This can be set to All, or to any single window number (1-8). If set to All, then setting a check box controls if that image will be displayed in all windows or not displayed in all windows. If set to an individual window number, then setting a check box only controls if the image will be displayed or not displayed in that window.

NOTE: When set to All, it is possible that some images will be set to display in some windows, but not to display in other windows. In this case, the background for the check box area for that image will be gray, and the check box will not be checked.
